Youth Work - Timsbury

We are delighted to announce that Bath YMCA is currently in the process of updating the whole Timsbury YMCA building, inside and out! Most of the work is now complete and we will be re-opening the centre on Saturday 22nd of June 10am – 1pm. Please come along and see for yourself what an excellent community facility we have created.

Also opening on that day will be our charity shop in the small hall at the rear of the building – which we hope will help contribute to making the work in Timsbury sustainable long term. Money raised in the shop will go directly to supporting YMCA work in Timsbury and running the centre. We need donations and volunteers who may be willing to give us a hand in running the shop.

If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Maggie King on 01225 325905. Donations can be taken directly to the venue or any Bath YMCA site.

The venue will be available for private hire, but we also plan to run our own YMCA activities including youth work, initially one evening a week and then building from there. From September we are planning to run a range of health and fitness classes – all details will be posted on the website and at the centre when finalised.
