Classes are a great way to get fit and continue to develop your fitness levels. We offer everything from toning and relaxation through to strength and high energy cardio workouts. By combining a mix of classes into your fitness programme, you will ensure an all over workout with maximum benefits.
BODYBALANCEâ„˘ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm.
This is the ultimate weight training experience and is a great way to shape up and lose body fat.
This fiercely energetic program is inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.
Bootcamp mixes traditional body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. They are designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they'd push themselves and, in that way, resemble a military boot camp.

YMCA fast classes are designed for two reasons. For participants to be able to do two classes in a shorter amount of time, You can do this by tagging on a fast class onto your normal class for a discounted rate. Or for participants that need a quick blast or to go along side their gym floor workout!

At the YMCA we make every effort that out programme is as stated on our timetable and website. From time to time however, there may be alterations due to holidays and sickness. In the event of you turning up and no class taking place, a complimentary voucher will be given or refund if you have already paid.
