Abs Blast

A short, sharp blast of core exercises. This 30 minute class will help strengthen and tone the abdominals and lower back.

Body Balance

BODYBALANCE™ incorporates Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates into a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to create an holistic workout.

Body Combat

This fiercely energetic program is inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.

Body Pump

This workout challenges all the major muscle groups by using exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music and your choice of weight to get the best out of your workout.

Bootcamp

The class that promotes fat loss, camaraderie, and team effort. Bootcamp is designed to push you a little bit further than you would normally push yourself in the gym alone. Intervals, body weight exercises and drills will mean your fitness levels go through the roof!

Boxercise

Had a hard day at work? Need to let off some steam? Then this class is for you!! Boxercise is a safe, effective and fun form of exercise suitable for all ages and levels of ability.

Circuits

All round station based workout which incorporates aerobic and muscular strength. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

Fitness Yoga

Focusing on the movement between poses, this class will enhance flexibility, strength, posture and help relieve stress.

Freestyle Fitness Yoga

A fitness program incorporating stretch, strength and yoga poses to help improve flexibility, self-awareness, posture and confidence. All moves are sequenced together to the beat of the music.

Indoor Cycling

A workout focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery on a stationary bike.

HIIT Circuits

A class incorporating intense periods of work with short recovery segments, intervals allow you to keep the workout intensity high while still maintaining form.

Kettlebells

A challenging resistance workout for the whole body. Kettlebells are an iron weight with a handle which you use to perform full body exercises whilst stabilising the core.

LBT Total Conditioning

A challenging circuit based class, designed to hit all those problem areas.

Metafit

Metafit uses bodyweight exercises to work the entire body and major muscle groups. Using simple un-choreographed, high intensity intervals, this class will help improve power, endurance and burn fat.

Pilates

Pilates is an exercise system that focuses on stretching and strengthening the whole body to improve balance, muscle-strength, flexibility and posture.

Stretch and Tone

This class will help work on functional and core strength, mobility and stretch

Supple Strength

A mixture of the best of Yoga and Pilates. This class is perfect to help you relax at the end of the day.

Yoga

Focusing on the building blocks of poses and stretching, this class will enhance flexibility, strength, posture and help relieve stress.

Warm Flow Yoga

Not the fierce heat of Hot Yoga, but a warm room and a series of postures that flow from one to the next to warm, loosen and challenge the muscles. Come in from the cold and ignite your inner fire!
