I have been in the fitness industry for over 6 years. I’ve always had a keen interest in sport, with athletics and netball being my main passions.

I graduated from University with a degree in English and History but after a few desk bound jobs I moved into the fitness industry and have never looked back!

Recently, I have spent 2 years in Australia where I worked in a gym in Melbourne. I then travelled in New Zealand for 6 months.

I have the role of studio co-ordinator so I look after all the classes on the current timetable as well as finding new instructors to join the YMCA Health and Wellbeing centre.

I have loads of training ideas so come and find me in the gym and we can start achieving those goals together.
